At Buckfast Abbey Conference Centre we believe in making your day as hassle-free and straight-forward as possible. This includes how we charge for delegates attending. Instead of a basic rate topped up by lots of unexpected extras, we offer our delegates a simple all-inclusive rate.

Day delegate rate (8am – 5pm)
Includes the hire of one room and provision of refreshments (tea/coffee/biscuits) on arrival, mid-morning and mid-afternoon.
Full day package (8am – 5pm)
Includes the day delegate rate plus our superb 2-course buffet lunch with tea/coffee.
Half day delegate rate (8am – 12.30pm or 1pm-5pm)
Includes the hire of one room and two refreshment breaks.
Half day package rate (8am – 12.30pm or 1pm-5pm)
Includes the half day delegate rate plus our superb 2-course buffet lunch with tea/coffee.
Water jugs and glasses are provided free of charge in all seminar rooms. However, should you wish to have the additional provision of bottled water, sweets, notepaper and pens, please allow £5pp (inc VAT). Please request this service at the time of your booking.
